Join us on Wednesday Mornings for a free exercise class!
Remaining active as we age is an essential ingredient to maintaining physical and mental health.  The Meredith Community Centre runs these classes to assist our Community to maintain their health, independence and well-being

This class is filled with fun whilst teaching you the benefits of yoga, balance and heart health.  Incorporating all different aspects of exercise for those over 65, along with building your confidence to do these exercises at home!

You are invited to come along on Wednesdays at 10.30 – 11:30 for a free session run by Ane, who will concentrate on building your physical wellbeing!

This class is FREE to participate in and follows our Steady Feet program run by the YMCA
