Our Health and Well Being Programs

Providing health and wellbeing programs is an integral part of what we do here at the Centre. Our Tai Chi classes are a gentle low impact way of exercising which benefits people of all ages to help to maintain a healthy body and mind. If you are looking for something a little different our fun and fitness class is suitable for men and women of all fitness levels and abilities and will benefit those with many health conditions.
All classes are supervised by a qualified and experienced trainers.
